If it rains on your scheduled day, we reschedule as soon as possible to stay on track with your service. We don't mow wet grass — it damages your lawn and leaves a bad cut. Your property deserves better than that, and we make sure it gets it.
Drought Policy: You Only Pay When There's Work to Do
During dry stretches in July and August, if your grass stops growing, we pause your service — you don't pay for weeks we don't mow. On days without extreme heat, if your lawn still needs attention based on how your grass is maintained, we'll be there. We'll both know when it's time to pause — and we're always available for other projects in the meantime.
