We are adding professional Christmas and holiday light installation this year, and we are excited to bring the same care we put into your lawn to the front of your house in December. You get a clean, well-designed display without spending a cold weekend up on a ladder, and we handle the whole thing from start to finish.
We install warm-white and classic holiday lighting on rooflines, along walkways, around columns and railings, and wrapped through your shrubs and trees. We use quality lights, run them on timers so they come on by themselves every evening, and keep the whole look clean and tasteful, not thrown together.
Because this is our first season offering it, we are taking 15% off every holiday lighting job booked this year. It is a genuine first-year offer to get our name out and build up a set of homes we are proud of on the North Shore.
How Our Holiday Lighting Works
1. Design consultation
We come out, look at your house, and talk through what you want lit, whether that is a simple clean roofline or the full house with trees and walkways. Then we give you a straight quote before anything is booked.
2. Down payment to reserve your spot
A down payment locks in your install date and holds your spot on the schedule. December fills up fast, so this is what guarantees your house is on the list. The balance is due once the display is up and you are happy with it.
3. Installation
We supply quality commercial-grade lights, clips, timers, and hardware, then our crew handles the ladders and heights and installs everything safely and neatly. Cords are run out of sight, lights are spaced evenly, and nothing gets nailed or stapled into your house. We set it all on a timer so it comes on by itself every evening.
4. In-season maintenance
If a strand goes out or something comes loose during the season, we come back and fix it. Your display stays looking right all the way through the holidays at no extra charge.
5. Removal
After the holidays we come back and take everything down carefully, so you never have to get back up on a ladder in the cold.
6. Storage for next season
We store your lights over the year and bring them back next season, so they are not taking up space in your garage and your setup gets faster and cheaper every year after the first.

MockupWhat Christmas Light Installation Costs
Holiday lighting is quoted per property because it comes down to the size of your house, how much of it you want lit, and how many trees, shrubs, and walkways go into the display. A clean single-story roofline is a smaller job than a full two-story house with wrapped trees and lit walkways.
To give you a starting point, most homes land somewhere between about $500 and $1,500 for a full-service package that includes the lights, installation, timers, mid-season service, takedown, and storage. We will give you an exact number after we see the house, and the number we quote is the number you pay.

When to Book Your Holiday Lighting
The best time to book is late October through November. We start installs in mid to late November so your display is ready to go for the first week of December, and we can time it around Thanksgiving if you want it lit for the holiday.
December books up fast and our first season has limited spots, so the earlier you reach out the better your chances of getting the install date you want.
Takedown happens in January once the season winds down. Just let us know and we handle the rest, or we schedule it in advance when you book.
